食欲ない!

さらさら食べられる
宮崎の郷土料理！冷汁で
元気出してね♫
まずは、ほかほかご飯を〜
水洗い！_
汁はこちら。
水400ml
みそ 大さじ3
白すりごま 大さじ2
顆粒和風だし 小さじ1
しょうゆ 小さじ1
すりおろし生姜 小さじ1/2
ぜんぶまぜたら
冷蔵庫で冷やしてね♫
トッピングはこちらだよ〜。
冷たくなった汁をかけたらー。
豆腐をざっくりと
スプーンでのせて〜
きゅうり！
みょうが！
しそ〜〜！！
できた！簡単！
なんか食欲でてきた！？
さらさら〜と食べてね！
でも冷たいと
お腹が冷えちゃう〜ってひとは
こっちもどうぞ！
奄美大島名物、
鶏飯（けいはん）風の
ぶっかけごはんだよー。
ほかほかごはんに、
具沢山スープをたっぷり！
鶏をまるまる煮込んだスープに
細かく裂いた鶏と
好きな具をのせて
さらさらたべるのー♫
